Isolation Tank
A relaxation experience that leads the body into a deep meditative state by floating on water that has five times the buoyancy of seawater and letting the body float in a feeling of near zero-gravity. It allows you to shut down your five senses, freeing your brain from information processing and helping to relieve deep-seated fatigue.
