One of the joys of travelling is perhaps those moments when you feel the air flowing through the land, the warmth of the sun kissing your skin, and the lingering humidity in the atmosphere. After absorbing the heat of the sauna and plunging into the invigorating cold water, what kind of air does Kanazawa offer, felt through your refined senses? At Korinkyo, we have prepared a private sauna and bath experience, where you can enjoy a special 'Löyly' using the fragrant distilled water from our own distillery.
What is Löyly?
Löyly is the envelope of heat and steam that surrounds you in the sauna as water is poured on the hot rocks. You can enjoy Löyly with aroma water containing the scent of the Mt. Hakusan, distilled at Korinkyo.
