Taiwanese Cuisine『karch』
The name “Korinkyo” originated from a former pharmacy that once operated in this area. Therefore, our cuisine is based on Oriental medical concepts, offering Taiwanese cuisine. We want you to enjoy a tranquil breakfast time, enveloped in a pleasant drowsiness. So we have prepared a gentle and delicate course that begins with a cup of soy milk.

Savouring the Terroir, from Ishikawa's Fields
The Owner of "karch," Mr. Yoshiki Tsukamoto, was born as the son of a farmer in the small village of "Shichikuro" in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. Currently, alongside managing his antique gallery and art curation, he tends to fields every morning, growing the produce used at karch. The black rice, used in medicinal congee, is cultivated through completely pesticide-free farming using only organic fertilisers. It's planted and harvested by hand. Enjoy the Terroir of the Hakusan Foothills, delivered to Kanazawa.
